The Hub

Brianna Scarmack

  • Brianna Scarmack is a current sophomore here at Hubbard High School. This is her first year as a HUB staff member. Brianna’s love of writing pushed her to join the HUB staff. She is excited to write articles that are about the student body, and she hopes to inform Hubbard students of topics that concern them.

  • Brianna is involved in multiple clubs at Hubbard High School. She is in the French, Ecology, SADD and Art Clubs.  She serves as the secretary for Future Educators of America (FEA). She plays the flute in the Hubbard High School marching band and loves attending football games every Friday night. Outside of school, Brianna is part of her youth group at her church, and she looks forward to volunteering in the church nursery.  Brianna enjoys babysitting, going on beach vacations, camping, reading and spending time with her parents and her two younger brothers. Brianna loves hanging out with her friends.

  • Brianna is very excited about her sophomore year.   Her goals for this year include staying on the Honor Roll, doing well in her honors courses and making lots of memories with her friends.  After high school, Brianna plans on attending Youngstown State University to major in elementary education with a minor in Early Childhood Development.  She looks forward to writing for the HUB and hopes all readers enjoy the articles she writes.
