Hannah Roose: Senior Staff Writer

  • A first year HUB member, Hannah Roose is a senior at Hubbard High School. Hannah joined the HUB mainly because she loves to write and be involved in events that are taking place in the world. While being a journalistic writing for the HUB, Hannah hopes to learn more about significant events that are occuring around her.

  • Hannah is currently taking two CCP classes at Hubbard: Calculus and Chemistry. She also is taking part of her classes at YSU; these include: Writing 1, Intermediate French, and the History of Motion Pictures. To go along with her academics, Hannah is also a member of the Hubbard Volleyball team. Additionally, she is a member of several clubs that include: National Honors Society (NHS), Ecology, Future Educators of America (FEA), Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), Student Council, Rotary, French, and You Got A Friend in Me (YGFIM). Administratively, Hannah also serves as the treasurer of the FEA.

  • Hannah hopes to graduate in the top ten of her class. She has plans to go to a university that has yet to be decided after graduation. Hannah wants to major in Biology and have a minor in French when she finishes college. After college, she plans to go to medical school and receive her medical degree. With the goal of  becoming a pediatrician, Hannah is focusing on this medical specialty because of her love for kids.
