Scout Nicholson, Writer
- Scout Nicholson is a current sophomore at Hubbard High School. This is her second year as a writer for “The Hub” and is so excited to be a part of the team again! After having a great experience last year writing on the school paper she has decided to come back and get more involved this year. Scout has always enjoyed reading and writing. That is one of the main reasons she's rejoined the paper. Scout is looking forward to becoming more educated on what it takes to create a newspaper. She is very excited to see where this year takes her!
- This year Scout is once again involved in many activities and clubs that she is thrilled to be a part of. She is a member of HHS’s Drama Club spending most of her time working up in the sound booth, Scout really enjoys being a part of this club. She gets to learn, have fun and be with her friends. Scout is also a part of the Hubbard Girls Golf team playing as a starter you can find her spending most of her time out on the course. Some other clubs she's a part of include SADD club and French club. Scout hopes to stay involved in these many activities through her time at HHS.
- Although Scout's future is not always certain, her main goal is to stay focused on her school work and maintain good grades. Later on in life Scout hopes to attend college whether it be close to home or out of state. While in college Scout would like to major and have her career focus mainly on journalism. She hopes to have an enlightening year at Hubbard High.
